According to the formal statement, "A strange meeting pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh adventure, where whispers of banned rituals and monstrous metamorphoses echo through the darkness." The storyline presents a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a secret sect.

The questline focuses on "strange tests and a monstrous foe" and is available to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Iconic Locations and Transformations

The teaser highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The teaser finishes with a striking scene showing a character, likely the hostage, transforming into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.

Special Items and Additional Features

Players who accomplish the mission will acquire an special katana together with multiple artifacts hidden throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also contains purchasable Attack on Titan item packs, offering:
